Description
ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE CONTRACT: Teaching activities and student support services will be carried out within the framework of basic and/or advanced, theoretical and practical courses in the BIO/01 General Botany sector, for bachelor and master degree programs in Biological Sciences and Biology, for other degree programs,for the doctoral programs of the Department of Biosciences and Territory, and for international teaching activities.Research activities will focus on the study of root biology, interactions with the biotic and abiotic components of the rhizosphere in natural and anthropized environments, and the characterization and conservation of plant biodiversity through omics and systems biology approaches. Particular attention will also be devoted to the development of innovative methods and tools aimed at improving the understanding of interactions within a holobiont context.
