Description
The contractor will be involved in research activities related to the identification of critical sub-basins and the assessment of their contribution to flood generation. In particular, the contractor will be required to:− support the collection, organization, and analysis of hydrological, meteorological, geomorphological, and spatial data; − coordinate the monitoring activities of the Canepina experimental catchment; − coordinate and contribute to the development of observational databases; − apply statistical methods and data analysis techniques to identify the factors influencing flood initiation; − coordinate and contribute to the implementation and application of distributed hydrological models; − contribute to the preparation of scientific reports, outreach materials, and publications.
