Description
The horticultural sector is characterized by a high use of inputs during cultivation and a greater vulnerability of ornamental species to abiotic stress. The aim of this research is to analyze, through an integrated approach, the effects of adopting•different agronomic techniques on reducing water and salt stress during propagation and cultivation;•the use of organic substrates as an alternative to peatto improve the quality of containerized ornamental plants.The results will improve understanding of the interactions between plants, climate, and the environment, identify the main risk factors for abiotic stress, and provide useful data for assessing these factors and developing effective agronomic strategies for managing sustainable cultivation practices.
