Description
The Course is organized on an multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary basis, with the collaboration of different scientific fields: Roman law and law of antiquity, History of medieval and modern law, Philosophy of law, Constitutional law, Institutions of public law, Ecclesiastical law, Criminal law, Criminal procedure.The course aims to train jurists of high scientific and professional qualification, through research paths based both on the cultural, historical and philosophical roots of the Western legal systems, and on the realization of rights in terms of the implementation of the constitutional and international principles in legislation and judicial practice. The Course is structured in order to promote the internalization of the research.
