Description
The doctoral program offers a high education in civil relations law in the current socio-economic context profoundly transformed by technological innovation, developing specific and in-depth legal knowledge in private law, commercial law, tax law, and labor law. The doctoral program pays particular attention to the acquisition of an appropriate methodological approach that takes into account the interdisciplinary profiles relevant to the aforementioned subjects in the Italian-European legal system. Special emphasis in this context is given to the evolutionary aspects of the highlighted subjects through various teachings, seminars, conferences, and internships aimed at offering doctoral students a broad and in-depth knowledge of current phenomena with a renewed focus on traditional studies that can stimulate their critical analysis.
