Description

The candidate will analyze genomic data from multisite ovarian tumor samples to characterize genomic instability profiles and copy number alterations. These profiles will be correlated with the available clinical variables and compared between primary tumors and metastases to investigate intra-patient heterogeneity. Genomic data will also be integrated with the single-cell datasets available.
