Management of the recruitment of parents and adolescents, and co-facilitation of group interventions for couples of parents and for adolescents. The groups are aimed at supporting parenting, enhancing emotion regulation, and promoting psychological well-being, within a psychoeducational and preventive framework. The role involves the use of evidence-based methodologies, with particular attention to developmental stages and the parent–child relationship.
