The selection of candidates is carried out on the basis of qualifications and possible interview (with test of knowledge of the foreign language) (see Art. 1 par. 1 Call for applications). These degrees must be relevant to the subject of the research activity. Further specific assessable qualifications (see Art. 1 par. 1 Call for applications): PhD degree; completion of study and/or research periods abroad; knowledge of the regulatory framework related to waste management; previous collaboration and/or consultancy with public administrations and/orcompanies; experience in the application of Material Flow Analysis and Life Cycle Thinking tools; knowledge of waste management systems; experience in projects to support policy-making
