Description
The project aims to enhance the contribution of businesses to the objectives of the National Strategy for Sustainable Development (SNSvS) through the creation of a specially developed assessment framework. This will enable the measurement of the impact of corporate actions on the achievement of the SNSvS objectives, facilitating data-driven decision-making and promoting sustainable practices. A tool will be created suitable for assessment by public bodies as well as for self-assessment by businesses. To this end, the project will define a system of indicators that will be organised into a composite index capable of expressing a value judgement, calculated using software. The framework will be tested on companies within the manufacturing sector to assess its applicability and usefulness. At the same time, initiatives will be launched to publicize and disseminate the tool and its application.
