Description
The project involves the use of advanced immunosequencing techniques to characterize clonotypic diversity and the dynamic features of adaptive immunity in oncological, autoimmune, and infectious disease settings. Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies will be employed to obtain a detailed analysis of the T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire, with particular focus on profiling complementarity-determining regions (CDR3).
