Description
The assignment involves conducting studies and research, through constant monitoring of case law and, in particular, of the techniques with which the Constitutional Court has enriched its jurisprudential arsenal, in order to increase the protection of fundamental rights at the domestic and supranational levels. The focus will be on the so-called double ruling scheme, on the addition of appropriate rhymes and on self-referral.
