Description
This project aims to develop advanced cardiac organoids derived from hutnan pluripolent stem cells (hiPSCs) and adult cardiac stem cells, with the goal of recapitulating in vitro the architecture, cellular composition, and function of the human heart. Through a finely tuned, stepwise modulation of the Wnt signaling pathway, highly reproducible and chemically defined organoids and spheroids will be generated.
