Description
The postdoctoral position contract holder will conduct advanced research focusing on the generation and integration of multi-omic data (including RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, proteomics, and metabolomics) and software development. The role involves managing integrated multi-omic analyses for both human and murine samples, with a specialized emphasis on spatial bioinformatics applied to immunology and oncology.
