Description
The winner will conduct research activities within the project “Integrated proteomic and functional analysis of lung tissue and primary fibroblasts from patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis”, with particular focus on the study of molecular and cellular mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of the disease. The planned activities include collaboration in the execution of experimental laboratory studies, proteomic analysis of biological samples, phenotypic and functional characterization of primary lung fibroblasts, as well as processing and interpretation of experimental data. The assignment also includes support for the Department’s teaching activities,through the supervision of students and PhD candidates during experimental and analytical phases.
