Description

The technologist will be involved in support activities in the development and management of the experimental activities of the NETTLE4EU project, which aims to apply natural extracts obtained from botanicals from the cross-border region in structured food products. Specifically, the technician will support the formulation of foods such as sauces and functional beverages enriched with botanical extracts, aiming to provide the product with high antioxidant and antimicrobial activity.
