Development and Characterization of Polymers and Composites for Direct Ink Writing and Reversible Assembly - 2026_IDR_DCMC_20

The research programme will include:The development of polymeric and composite formulations processable by Direct Ink Writing, with particular focus on the design of materials and processes for the fabrication of reversible systems and assemblies.The polymers and composites will be characterized from a structural, rheological, thermal, and mechanical perspective, with the aim of identifying optimal processing conditions and the related structure-process-property relationships. The reversibility of the assemblies and the potential for material recovery and reuse will also be investigated according to circularity principles.
