Multiparametric immune profiling of CAR-T cells in non-Hodgkin B cells Lymphoma and Multiple Myeloma treated patients: new prospective to improve prognosis and personalized therapeutic approach

CAR-T cells are genetically modified T cells against tumor antigens (i.e. CD19 and BCMA) used in non-Hodgkin B cells lymphoma and multiple myeloma patients, respectively. The aim is to characterize their features through longitudinal immunophenotypic, functional, and transcriptomic analyses, focused on T-cell differentiation, senescence, exhaustion, cytokine production, to be correlated with clinical outcome and adverse reactions.
